Our client in the telecom industry is looking for a Grant Manager with excellent reporting, compliance, project coordination, and communication skills. If this sounds like you, please read on and apply below.
What you will be doing:

  • Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are followed.
  • Evaluate, assess, and monitor grant proposals and approved projects, while ensuring adherence to legal prerequisites.
  • Keep comprehensive and current records of grant-related activities.
  • Process payment requests related to grants.
  • Collaborate and help in managing the scope, timeline, and financial aspects of all grant program deliverables.
  • Supervise vendors associated with grants and programs, including managing vendor procurement, defining the scope of work, approving invoices, and ensuring timely delivery of final deliverables.
  • Develop and consistently monitor a thorough understanding of funder guidance and expectations pertaining to designated grants.
  • Sustain communication with grant recipients and continuously monitor their ongoing progress and potential risks.
  • Ensure the adherence and execution of subrecipient monitoring policies and procedures, which encompass quarterly and annual reporting obligations, among other responsibilities.
  • Offer technical assistance to applicants and grantees during the grant application, execution, and reporting processes.
  • Cultivate productive relationships and establish a feedback mechanism with grant recipients to share consolidated insights gleaned from ongoing programs, facilitating the improvement and evaluation of future grant initiatives.
  • Develop grant materials promoting a positive user-orientated experience.
  • Assist in all communication initiatives related to the grant’s portfolio.
  • Supervise the implementation of operational processes within the grants portfolio to enhance program efficiency and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.
What you will bring:
  • Experience in grant administration, project management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of grant programs and funding, non-profit, governmental, or quasi-governmental agencies.
  • Understanding of federal rules and regulations.
  • Strong data management, data analysis skills, and data governance awareness.
  • Proficient with productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and financial management software.
  • Experience with professional customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce preferred.
Compensation:

Salary of $85,000 to $105,000 with generous PTO and a full benefits package.
